Key Account Manager M/F

Main mission: Reporting to the Key Account department, he/she will manage customer operations (telephone exchanges, messaging, claims management, follow-up and implementation of corrective measures, taxation and invoicing of files, chartering,)

Activities :

  • Communication and relationship with international dedicated customers and partners,

Your missions
  • Carry out operations related to transport (securing loads, issuing documents, checking goods, etc.).
  • To ensure the administrative activity related to the transport: delivery order, authorization of circulation, characteristic of the product, report of delivery, report of incident…
  • Transporting products, hazardous or not, from one point to another in safe conditions
  • Prepare the vehicle for loading and/or unloading operations
  • Participate in loading and/or unloading activities
  • Lock the systems after loading/unloading
  • Ensure the conformity of the load (weight, load distribution, ADR conformity – regulation of transport of dangerous goods)
  • To take note of and respect the prevention plans of the visited companies (collection or delivery)
  • Manage information feedback and contact the operation in case of anomaly
  • Flash the goods at each delivery
  • Report any malfunctions or compliance issues with the vehicle

TRAINING:

Experience : 1 year minimum of driving a Super Truck

The position consists of managing a team and piloting dock operations while taking into account regulations, performance indicators and quality, health and safety rules.

Your missions

Main Missions

  • Plan the activity of the dock workers according to the workload
  • To manage and control the operations of reception, sorting, storage and dispatch
  • Lead a briefing at the beginning of the activity
  • Organize and supervise the training of new dockworkers
  • Communicate and coordinate with other dock managers
  • Guarantee the security of the cargo and manage anomalies to ensure optimal quality of work
  • Ensure the proper use of handling and flashing equipment
